冷却条件对铝板坯变形影响的试验研究
An Experimental Study about Influence of Cooling Conditions on the Pull in of Aluminum Slabs
【摘要】 设计了动态测量板坯温度场和变形过程的试验装置 ,通过采用不同冷却边界条件的水套 ,研究了边界条件对板坯温度场和变形的影响 ,探索了板坯的变形行为与温度场的关系及其控制方法。试验表明 :板坯的凝固进程直接影响其成形及冷却后的外形轮廓 ,四周均匀的凝固进程有利于得到平直板坯
【Abstract】 An experimental setup has been designed to measure the temperature field of the slabs and the dynamic pull in of their center of the broad faces.Different kinds of water tank around the slab have been used to observe the influence of cooling condition on the temperature field and pull in of the slab being solidifying.It is shown that reasonable solidification process can remarkably decrease the pull in of the slab.
