离心加速条件下金属凝固过程及缩孔缺陷数值分析
Numerical Analysis of Metal Solidification Process and Shrinkage Cavity Defects in the Centrifugal Accelerate Field
【摘要】 采用有限差分法离散二维柱坐标系下不稳定热传导微分方程 ,利用Mathcad软件处理数据文件得到温度场分布图 ,模拟了二维柱坐标系下自硬砂型中金属离心凝固过程。对离心法制备Al 16 %Si梯度功能材料出现的内外缩孔缺陷的成因进行了分析
【Abstract】 Dnon stationarythermalconductivitydifferentialequationissolvedbythefinitedifferencemethodincylindricalcoordinate ,thedatafilesarehandledbyMathcad 7 0 ,andthecurvesoftempera turevariationsareobtained .Itisthefirsttimethatthesolidificationofself hardeningsandcentrifugal castinghadbeensimulatedinthe 2 Dcylindricalcoordinate .FinallytheshrinkagecavityoninnersurfaceorinneroftheAl 16 %Sifunctiongradientmaterial (FGM)madebycentrifugalcastingisexamined ,anditsformingcausesareexplainedbysimulationofsolidificationcombinedwiththepressureinthecentrifu galacceleratefield .
