内生TiB2颗粒增强TiB2/Al-7%Si-05%Mg复合材料的组织和力学性能
Microstructure and Properties of TiB2/Al-7%Si-0.5%Mg Composite Fabricated by In-Situ Reaction
【摘要】 研究了氟盐反应法 (LSM)制备TiB2 颗粒增强Al 7%Si 0 5%Mg复合材料的物相组成和力学性能。结果表明 ,当含 5 %TiB2 时 ,复合材料中可以生成稳定且均匀分布的TiB2 颗粒 ,未发现TiAl3等相。除δ5 外 ,复合材料的各项力学性能均有不同程度提高 ,弹性模量有较大幅度提高
【Abstract】 The TiB 2/Al 7%Si 0 5%Mg Composite was fabricated by in situ reaction.The phase analysis of the composite was carried out by XRD.The mechanical properties were tested.The results showed that TiB 2 particles was distributed stably and homogeneously in the composite and no phase TiAl 3 had been found when adding nominal 5% TiB 2.Its mechanical properties rised compared with the matrix alloy,particularly Young′s Modulus increased markedly.
