【Abstract】 To reduce the cost of zircon powder coating,a alcohol based compound coating using alumina powder as auxiliary refractory materials has been developed.The test results show that the coating display good property of sintering,capacity of resisting metal penetration into mould,good ability of brushing and lower cost.This coating can be used for carbon steel and medium and small alloyed steel castings.更多还原
