【摘要】 应用BorlandC ++forWindows软件 ,建立 4 6 2汽车缸体铸件质量保证体系专家系统 ,包括推理机 (含缺陷识别及分析 )、知识库、人机对话及输出平台。应用此软件 ,在定性分析缺陷的基础上 ,不仅能够预测 4 6 2汽车缸体铸件废品率 ,而且可以采取定量措施控制铸件废品率在一定的范围内 ,达到提高产品质量和经济效益的目的。以此专家系统为基础 ,改变知识库的相应内涵 ,就可以进一步开发成其他铸铁件的质量保证体系专家系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 A inference engine of quality assurance expert system for 462 cylinder castings was established by using Borland C++ for Windows,which includes defects identification and analysis.On the basis of qualitative analysis,inference engine not only can predict casting rejects index,but also can take quantitative measures to make sure that it can be controlled in a specified range.The purpose of improving production quality and decreasing rejects rate is achieved.更多还原
