【摘要】 评价小梁切除联合术中使用红比霉素对难治青光眼的长期疗效。方法 :对难治性青光眼 5 8例行小梁切除术中 ,巩膜瓣下放置浸有 2 0 0 μg/ml的红比霉素棉片 5分钟。结果 :术后追综 1 8月 ,平均眼压 2 .78± 0 .49k Pa,与术前平均眼压 5 .2 0± 0 .95 k Pa相比 ,差别有统计学意义 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,不用抗青光眼药物眼压≤ 2 .98k Pa占 75 %。功能滤过泡形成率 70 .6 % ,滤口开放率 72 .4%。无长期严重并发症。结论 :红比霉素作滤过性手术辅助药物 ,对难治性青光眼可增加长期的手术成功率 ,无长期严重并发症更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the long term results of intraoperative application of Daunorubicin during trabeculectomy in intractable glaucomatous patients.Methods:Fifty eight patients with intractable glaucoma were performed trabeclectomy and combined Daunorubicin intraoperation.Put a piece of cotton contained 200 μg/ml Daunorubicin under the scleral flap for 5 minutes.Results:During 18 months of followed up,the mean intraocular pressure was 2 78±0 49kPa.The difference in contrast with preoperation showed significant in statistics.The intraocular pressure≤2 98kPa without medicine was 75%,the rate of functional bulb was 70 6%.The open rate of filtration port was 72 4.No severe complications were found.Conclusions:The study suggested that Daunorubicin might increase the long term success rate of trabeculectomy in intractable glaucomatous patients.There are no severe complications.更多还原
