【摘要】 观察光凝治疗增殖型糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效。方法 :对患有增殖型糖尿病性视网膜病变的 143例 2 6 0眼光凝前和光凝后 3— 6个月进行眼底、视力和荧光血管造影检查 ,并对造影的特征指标静脉渗漏荧光、出血遮蔽荧光、视网膜微动脉瘤、无灌注区以及视力进行比较和统计分析。结果 :光凝后视力较光凝前提高及荧光血管造影特征指标好转均非常明显 ,差异有极显著性 (P<0 .0 0 0 1)。结论 :全视网膜光凝对增殖型糖尿病性视网膜病是有效的治疗方法 ,能恢复一定的视力 ,对视网膜脱离有较高的消退率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to assess the effect of the photocoagulation for proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods:A total of 260 eyes(in 143 persons)with proliferative diabetic retinopathy were analysed by statisitcs in visual acuty and special indexes of fluorescein angiography (such as vein leakage,hemorrhage,microaneurysms,nonfilled region)before and 3-6 months later after photocoagulation.Results:the visual acuty and the indexes of fluorescein angiography were inproved significantly(P<0 0001) after photocoagulation.Conclusions:photocoagulation is a good method which can gain higher cure ratio and can get a optimistic visual outcome for proliferative diabetic retinopathy.更多还原
