【摘要】 通过首选内直肌超常量后徙评价在治疗共同性内斜视中的作用。方法 :不管共同性内斜哪种分型采取首选内直肌手术、内直肌手术量超过常规手术量 ,根据斜视度不一 ,采取单眼或双眼内直肌超常量后徒 6 mm～ 8mm。结果 :术后眼位矫正良好 ,无内转或辐受限及无外斜发生 ,术后经过视功能训练 ,有部分病例恢复 级视功能。结论 :此手术避免损伤了过多的眼肌 ,简化了手术 ,同时维持术后双眼共同运动 ,并取得了满意的眼位矫正更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of extra large recession of medial recti firstly in the treatment of concomitant esotropia.Method:Irregardless of the kind of esotropia,the extra recession of medial recti firstly was performed,the operative amount that distributes in unilateral or bilateral medial rectus was 6～8mm.Result:After 6 months to 3 years follow up,the effects was satisfactory,the limitation of adduction or convergence and the secondary exotropia was not observed.Conclusions:The extra large recession of the medial recti firstly is an effective and secure method for the concomitant esotropia.It makes the operation simpler and the damage smaller.更多还原
