大件调质工艺探讨
The Discussion of Quenching and Tempering of Giant Work piece
【摘要】 总结了大件 (有效尺寸≥ 40 0mm)与中小调质工艺方面存在的差异 ,考虑到大件的有效尺寸及内部缺陷对调质工艺的影响 ,认为大件调质需采用阶梯升温加热方式 ,淬火冷却可采用水冷 ,双液淬火等方式 ,要及时回火 ,并控制其升温速度及冷却方式 .为消除回火快冷残余应力 ,可在 45 0℃以下补充一次回火
【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the differences of the quenching and tempering between the giant work piece(effective thickness≥400 mm)and small work piece,the influence of size of the giant wore piece and its inner shortage on the process of quenching and tempering is discussed.In the process of quenching and tempering giant work piece,the work piece should be heated up by stages,the water hardening or interrupted quenching can be used in the process of cooling.The tempering must be done timely,heating up rate and the way of cooling must be controlled.To eliminate the residual stresses caused by quickly cooling,the re tempering under 450 ℃ can be supplied.
