【摘要】 目的 :观察桃红四物汤加味方治疗小儿难治性肾病的治疗作用。方法 :将 95例患儿随机分为桃红四物汤组 ( 60例 ,用桃红四物汤加味方治疗 )与肝素组 ( 35例 ,用肝素治疗 ) ,观察治疗前后血栓素B2(TXB2 )、6 酮 前列环素F1α( 6 keto PGF1α)水平与临床疗效。结果 :桃红四物汤组总有效率为 81 7% ,疗效与肝素组 ( 80 0 % )近似 (P >0 0 5) ;治疗前两组患儿TXB2 、TXB2 / 6 keto PGF1α均高于健康对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,治疗后均有明显改变 ,与治疗前比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ,桃红四物汤组与肝素组治疗后比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5)。结论 :桃红四物汤加味方治疗小儿难治性肾病有良好作用 ,并有改善肾病患儿血栓素、前列环素代谢失衡作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction (MTSD) in treating pediatric intractable nephropathy (PIN). Methods: Ninety five cases of PIN were divided into 2 groups at random. The 60 cases in the treated group were administered with MTSD and the 35 patients in the control group were treated with heparin. The clinical therapeutic effect and levels of thromboxane B 2 (TXB 2) and 6 keto prostaglandin F 1α before and after treatment were observed. Results: The total effective rate of the treated group was 81.7%, which was similar to that in the control group (80.0%, P>0 05). The levels of TXB 2 and TXB 2/6 keto prostaglandin F 1α ratio were higher in both groups of patients as compared with those of the healthy control (P<0 01), After treatment, the two criteria were significantly improved in the two groups, as compared with those before treatment, the difference was significant (P<0 01), while in comparson between the treated and the control group, no significant difference was found (P>0 05). Conclusion: MTSD has good effect in treating PIN, it could improve the metabolic unbalance of thromboxane and prostacyclin.更多还原
