基于高技术平台上的铸铁热分析系统研究与实验

【摘要】 报告了用于检测铁液熔炼质量状况的开放式铸铁热分析软、硬件系统的研制与应用情况 ,并系统地阐述了根据热分析试样的凝固冷却曲线实现对铁液化学成分、铸态下的力学性能和组织特征以及对凝固相变热和某些热物理量进行分析和计算的各子模块功能。在软件设计上 ,采用“念力”控制新概念实现各子模块间的智能连接 ,进而实现铸铁质量快速分析的概念化和功能化。传感器采用满足牛顿冷却条件的自制产品JD 1型热分析样杯 ,为系统提供规范的原始分析数据。并且通过网络 ,可使分析系统获得较强的外部技术支持。实验结果表明 ,本系统对铸铁常规技术指标的检测值 ,具有可靠稳定的精度

【Abstract】 Development and application of software and hardware of open type cast iron thermal analysis of cast iron melt inspection have been reported with explanation of each module function of analysing and calculating chemical composition,as cast mechanical properties and structural characteristics,solidification phase transformation heat,some thermal phisical parameters based on solidifying and cooling curve of samples.New control conception called idea’s force has been used in design of software to realize an intelligent connection of models hence conceptualization and functionality of quick analysis.Home made Model JD 1 sampling cup for thermal analysis has been used to act as sensor which can provide standard original data,abiding by Newton’s cooling principle.This system supported by powerful external technology via network has been proven to be reliable in measuring conventional technical index of cast iron with precision experimental results.
