【Abstract】 The assistant policy on small and medium sized enterprises includes at least 5 aspects: assistance to cooperation between large and small enterprises; establishment of a social service system; financial assistance; establishment of a favorable environment to small and medium sized enterprises for high tech development; marketing assistance. This subject is dealt with from a theoretical angle and prove the necessity of the assistant policy carried out by government. So China should establish an assistant policy system including the 5 aspects to promote development of small and midium sized enterprises.更多还原
