【Abstract】 The Sb doped Fe(OH)3 gel and α-Fe2O3 phase prepared by sol-gel me thod have been investigated with Mssbauer spectrograph. The atomic co o rdination of amorphous Fe(OH)3 is almost unaffected by the Sb doping, while it s structure tends to be more random during annealing before crystallization. Sb doped gel transform to α-Fe2O3 and FeSbO4 through crystallization af ter proper annealing, some of the Sb dopant enter the α-Fe2O3 lattice and form the solid solution.更多还原
