SnO2微粉的制备及其LPG气敏特性研究
Preparation and LPG sensitivity of SnO2 micro-powder
【摘要】 应用溶胶-凝胶法,以非醇盐为起始物,研制了纳米级SnO2微粉.通过掺杂 不同的催化剂和添加剂的实验,获得了对LPG具有较高灵敏度和较好选择性的实用元件.比 较后发现,其灵敏度和选择性均优于用常规方法制备的SnO2元件.
【Abstract】 Using non-alkoxide as initial materal, SnO2 micropowder can be obtained for gas sensor by sol-gel process, practicable selective LPG sensor can be acquire d by interblending catalyst and addition. The new LPG gas sensor was compared wit h the old unit made of ordinary general SnO2. The results show that it is supe rior to the old one in sensitivity and selectivity.
