纤维素粉与硅藻土过滤实验研究

【摘要】 研究了纤维素粉和硅藻土助滤剂在过滤酱油、白酒、水解大豆蛋白液方面的应用 ,目的在于推广纤维素助滤剂在食品方面的应用 ,并逐渐取代硅藻土助滤剂 .采用真空布式抽滤杯 ,将种助滤剂对比过滤相同料液 ,实验结果表明 :纤维素粉助滤剂在提高滤速、保持风味、再生利用等方面具有明显优势 ,但过滤精度稍差于硅藻土 ,比较适合过滤精度要求不高、滤速要求较大的料液的过滤 .

【Abstract】 Two kinds of filter aided materials: cellulose powder and diatomite are researched in the filtration of soy sauce, wine and hydrolysis of soybean protein. The aim is to extend the use of cellulose filter aided materials in foodstuff and substitute it for diatomite gradually. The experiment of filtration was finished in bush filtration cup equipment in vacuum condition. Cellulose powder has an larger filtration rate and advantage of keeping flavour and it is easily renewed. Cellulose powder has a little worse character of filtration quality. So it is more suitable for filtering lower quality fluid materials at a quicker rate.
