高取代度阳离子淀粉的制备

【摘要】 以水 乙醇混合溶剂作分散剂 ,采用半干法合成工艺 ,制备了高取代度阳离子淀粉 .产物取代度最高达 0 58

【Abstract】 The cation starch with high substitute degree was prepared based on the half dry technology,and the dispersing agent was the mixture of water and alcohol.The substitute degree of the product reached 0.58.
