分光光度法测定N-甲基苯胺的研究
A METHOD FOR SPECTROPHOTOMETRY DETERMINATION OF METHYLANILINE
【摘要】 在盐酸存在下 ,用对氨基苯磺酸与亚硝酸钠低温下进行重氮化反应 ,然后加入Na2 HPO4保持溶液的pH =1 .7~ 2 .0 ,再加入N -甲基苯胺 ,置于 60℃水浴中反应 80分钟生成红色化合物 .该化合物的最大吸收波长为 50 6nm ,当N -甲基苯胺的浓度为 0~ 8mg/L时 ,符合Lambert Beer定律 ,最低检出浓度为 0 .0 51 2mg/L 当甲苄胺的浓度小于 51 0mg/L ,苯胺的浓度小于 50mg/L时不干扰此反应 .
【Abstract】 A new spectrophotometry method to determine methylaniline was pointed out in this paper.P-aminobenbene sulfonic reacts with sodium nitrite and hydrochloric acid to form a diazonium salt at low temperature,then keeping pH=1.7~2.0 with Na 2HPO 4,the diazonium salt reacts with methylaniline to form a red compound at 60 ℃ for 80 minnutes.The maximum absorbant wavelength of the compound is 506 nm.The relationship between the absorbance and the concenration of methylaniline within 0~8 mg/L is in accordance with Lambert-Beer Law.The lowest concentration of methylaniline detected is 0.0512 mg/L.N-methylbenzyl amine and aniline will not interfere with the determination,if the concentration of N-methylbenzyl amine is below 510 mg/L and the concentration of aniline is below 50 mg/L.
