从野生荞子提取蛋白质和淀粉的研究
RESEARCH ON EXTRACTING AND ISOLATING PROTEIN AND STARCH FROM QLAOZI
【摘要】 在测定了荞子的化学组成及其蛋白质等电点的基础上 ,应用碱溶法提取荞子蛋白和淀粉 .其淀粉含量为 41 30 %,蛋白质含量为 2 3 32 %.
【Abstract】 Wild legume Qiaozi,the leftover odds and ends of flour mill,has not been made full use now.Then its starch content is 41.30% and protein content is 23.32%.After analyzing and determining its chemical composition and protein isoelectric point,protein and starch can be extracted by alkalimethod,which provides feasible reasons for the effective use of Qiaozi.
