能量最低原理在有机合成反应中的应用研究

【摘要】 阐述了能量最低原理及其热力学、动力学意义 ,研究了能量最低原理在有机化学反应中判断反应取向及反应历程等方面的应用 .并解释了有机反应基本原则 ,如 :Markovnikov规则的实质、溶剂效应对反应速率的影响、有机物中碳原子形成SP3,SP2 和SP等类型轨道的必然性等

【Abstract】 In this paper,the lowest energy principle and its thermodynamics and kinetics significance have been set forth.According to the lowest energy principle,judgement reaction direction and mechanism on organic chemistry reaction have been investigated.In addition,basic principles of organic reactions,such as the essence ofMarkovnikov rule,effects of solvent effect on S N1 or S N2 reaction rate,and necessity of carbon atom possessing sp 3,sp 2 and sp orbits in organic compounds,and so on,have also been explained.As a result,the lowest energy principle plays an important role in the studying and learning of organic chemistry and so on.
