无缝钢管壁厚精度的解释结构模型
Interpretative structural model for wall thickness accuracy of seamless steel tube
【摘要】 以系统结构模型化理论为依据 ,建立了无缝钢管壁厚精度的解释结构模型 ,提出了源点元素和影响链的概念。分析表明 ,无缝钢管壁厚精度的解释结构模型可为无缝钢管壁厚精度的人工及自动控制与决策提供依据。该模型的建模方法还可用于板带、型钢等其它钢材生产系统。
【Abstract】 Based on the system structure modeling theory, the interpretative structural model is established for the wall thickness accuracy of seamless steel tube, and two conceptions of source element and influencing chain are promoted. The analyses indicate that the interpretative structural model of seamless steel tube can serve as a basis for artificial or automatic control of the wall thickness accuracy.
