【摘要】 用原子吸收光谱 (AAS)法同时测定锌钙特口服液中钙、锌的含量 .为了消除干扰 ,锌的测定采用标准加入法 ,平均回收率为 99.6 % ,RSD为 0 .8% ;钙的平均回收率为 10 1.1% .RSD为 0 .3% .结果显示该方法简便、快速、准确 ,可用于该类制剂的含量测定及质量控制更多还原

【Abstract】 The accurate method for the determination of calcium and zinc in Xin′gaite oral solution was established.The calibration curve and the standard addition method of AAS were applied respectively to determinate calcium and zinc in Xin′gaite oral solution. The average recovery percent of zinc was 99.6%,the relative standard deviation was 0.8%; the average recovery percent of calcium was 101.0%,the relative standard deviation was 0.3%. The method was convenient,rapid,accurate and suitable for the quality control of the oral solution.更多还原
