【Abstract】 Linolenic acid is one of the polyunsaturated fatty acids approved to be favorable to the human health The middle and west parts of China is abundant in Linseed oil resource,which contains more than 50% of α—Linolenic acid.The paper gave a comprehensive introduction to the preparation and the physiological function of α—Linolenic acid,described in details the characteristics of Urea fractionation and other separation and purification technologies of α—Linolenic acid ,and demonstrated the significance of the full research on and comprehensive utilization of Linseed oil resources in the middle and west China.更多还原
