【摘要】 共轭亚油酸是 80年代末才被发现具有许多重要生理活性的天然脂肪酸。讨论了共轭亚油酸的涵义界定、天然存在、重要的生理活性及其应用前景。

【Abstract】 CLA are the natural fatty acids found at the end of 1980s,which have many important physiological activities.Definition of the meaning,occurrence in nature,important physiological actvities,and application prospect of CLA were discussed.
