超临界CO2萃取辛香料精油的试验研究（Ⅱ）
Study on Spicy Oil Extracting with Supercritical CO2（Ⅱ）
【摘要】 介绍了超临界CO2 萃取辛香料精油的中试、工业化试验的情况 ,主要研究了用 2 5L、2 0 0L超临界CO2 萃取装置萃取生姜、芫荽籽等辛香料精油的工艺、组成成分、物性指标等方面的内容。
【Abstract】 The middle and industrialized experiments of extracting spicy essential oils with supercritical CO 2 were introduced Meanwhile the technologies of extracting the spicy essential oils from ginger and coriander seed with 2s litre and 200 litre supercritical CO 2 extraction units and the compositions and properties of extracted products were mainly studied.
