仙灵骨葆对卵巢切除大鼠骨组织形态学的影响
THE EFFECT OF “XIANLING GUBAO” ON BONE HISTOMORPHOLOGY IN OVARIECTOMIZED RATS
【摘要】 采用卵巢切除的方法建立原发性骨质疏松症的动物模型 ,观察中药仙灵骨葆和西药倍美力对去势大鼠骨组织光镜、电镜及骨组织形态计量学等指标的影响。结果表明 ,应用仙灵骨葆治疗以后 ,模型大鼠的骨组织形态学发生明显改变 ,单位面积内骨小梁的体积增加 ,骨小梁宽度增加 ,但骨小梁之间的间距并不减少 ,在光镜和电镜下可以观察到类似改变 ,与所应用对照药物倍美力的治疗效果相似 ,无统计学差异。说明仙灵骨葆可以在一定程度上改善骨质疏松大鼠的骨结构 ,恢复骨组织的形态 ,在骨质疏松症的治疗中发挥作用。
【Abstract】 Rat models of primary osteoporosis were made by ovariectomy and treated by “XIANLING GUBAO”(XLGB, a TCD preparation) and Premarin (the control Western drug), respectively. Then, the bone tissues of the modelled rats were observed by optical and electronic microscopes and analyzed by histomorphometry. The results showed an obvious change of the bone histomorphology of the rat models treated by XLGB: increased bone trabecula volume and width per unit area but no bone trabecula space decrease. The similar changes were observed under optical and electronic microscopes, being similar with the therapeutic effect of Premarin, the control drug, without a statistical difference. It was concluded that XLGB could improve the bone structure of osteoporosis rats and restore the bone histomorphology to a certain extent and play the role in the treatment of osteoporosis.
