【摘要】 为了解决下胫腓分离复位后的合理固定问题 ,作者对经皮钳夹固定治疗方法进行了临床应用研究 ,共治疗 97例 ,95例解剖复位 ,2例失败。随访 90例 ,随访时间平均 2年零 4个月 ,采用 L eeds标准评定 ,优良 85例 ,占 94.4% ;可 4例 ,占 4.5 % ;差 1例 ,占 1.1%。认为该固定方式符合下胫腓联合的解剖基础和弹性固定原理 ,是治疗下胫腓分离的较好的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of postreduction rational fixation of distal tibiofibular syndesmosis dissociation (DTSD), the authors treated 97 cases of DTSD by percutaneous clamp fixation with anatomical reduction in 95 cases and failure in 2. Of all the cases, 90 were followed up for an average of 28 months and the results evaluated according to Leeds standard were good excellent in 85 cases (94.4 %), fair in 4 (4.5 %) and poor in one (1.1 %). According with the anatomical basis and the elastic fixation principle of DTSD, this fixating method is an ideal therapeutic method for DTSD and should be recommended as the first therapy to be selected.更多还原
