【摘要】 探讨性激素雌二醇 (E2 )、睾酮 (T)在激素诱导的兔股骨头坏死中的作用 ,并评价补肾植物药 (右归饮 )、动物药 (鹿马片 )对激素诱导的兔股骨头坏死的防治效果。用外源性糖皮质激素诱导的家兔股骨头坏死的动物模型 ,动态观察血浆中 E2 、T含量的变化 ,同时观察助肾阳的动、植物药对其的防治效果。结果显示激素诱导的兔股骨头坏死模型组 E2 、T含量明显降低 ,右归饮能拮抗E2 的降低 ,不能拮抗 T的降低。鹿马片能拮抗 E2 、T的降低 ,使之恢复平衡 ,而且其升高幅度比右归饮明显 ,两者比较有差异。病理观察结果表明 ,鹿马片的防治效果优于右归饮。说明 E2 、T分泌不足在骨坏死中可能起重要作用。温补肾阳的中药能够预防激素性股骨头坏死 ,且动物药疗效好于植物药。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the function of estradiol (E 2 ) and testosterone (T) in hormone induced rabbit femoral head necrosis (HIFHN) and to evaluate the preventive and therapeutic effect of the kidney Yang reinforcing plant and animal drugs “YOUGUI YIN” (YY, The Kidney Yang Reinforcing Decoction) and “LUMA PIAN” (LP, Granulae of Cornu Cervi and Hippocampus) on HIFHN, rabbit femoral head necrosis models were made by exogenous glucocorticoid induction, the plasma levels of E 2 and T in the animal models were dynamically observed and so was the preventive and therapeutic effect of the kidney Yang restoring plant and animal drugs. The results suggested that the levels of E 2 and T in HIFHN models were significantly reduced; YY antagonized E 2 reduction but could not inhibit T reduction; LP could antagonize the reduction of both E 2 and T and recover them to the balance; and the elevating amplitude of LP was greater than that of YY. The pathological results showed the therapeutic effect of LP was better than that of YY. It was believed that the hyposecretion of E 2 and T may play an important role in bone necrosis and the kidney Yang reinforcing traditional Chinese drugs function to prevent the hormonal femoral head necrosis and the animal drugs have a better therapeutic effect than the plant ones.更多还原
