结肠隆起性病变CT内窥镜成像的实验研究
CT Virtual Colonoscopy of Simulated Mass Lesions in Pig Colon
【摘要】 目的:探讨螺旋CT,CTVE显示结肠隆起性病变的价值。材料与方法:取长约25cm猪结肠2段制作3~12mm直径大小之结肠隆起性病变各 10个,共 20个。结肠适度充气后选准直层厚 3mm、重建层厚1. 5mm、螺距 10行螺旋CT扫描.在工作站用导航软件作内窥镜成像后处理。结果: CTVE检出全部 20个病灶,敏感性 100%;其中 8个( 40%)病灶显示极好, 12个(60%)病灶显示好;但显示病灶表面粘膜细节无结肠镜好;无假阳性及阴性结果。结论: CTVE为可靠探查3mm以上结肠隆起性病变并获得结肠镜效果的有效方法。
【Abstract】 Purpose: To assess virtual colonoscopy with helical CT for detection of simulated mass lesions in pig colon. Materials and Methods: Two approximately 25-cm-long sections of fresh pig colon in vitro were resected to created 10 mass lesions ranging from 3mm to 12mm in diameter per section. Spiral scanning was performed after appropriately distended by introdnction of air. Images were obtained with collimation of 3mm, and with table pitch of 1.0. Colonoscopelike images were reformated by navigator software on a workstation (GE Advantage Windows 2.0) based volume source imaging data. Results: All twenty mass lesions were clearly defined on the virtual colonoscopic images, and the sensitivity of CTVE for detection of colon mass was 100 %. The image of 8(40 % ) lesions was graded as excellent, and of 12 (60 % ) lesions was as good. The image quality of coloscope was better than that of CTVE. There was none poor grade image, and no false-positive or false-negative findings. Conclusion: CT virtual colonoscopy provide noninvasively endoscopelike display of the colon without inserting an instrument, and permit identification of colonic mass lesions as small as 3mm in diameter.
