【摘要】 目的：探讨和评价~９９ｍＴｃ－ＭＩＢＩ心肌灌注显像诊断小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床价值。材料与方法：７３例临床诊断为病毒性心肌炎和 ５８例非病毒性心肌炎患儿空腹静息下静脉注射 １１１～７４０ＭＢｑ~９９ｍＴｃ－ＭＩＢＩ，６０ｍｉｎ后行常规体位平面／断层显像。结果；７３例临床确诊病毒性心肌炎患儿中有５０例在不同体位的平面影像（３６例）、断层影像（２例）和平面＋断层影像（１２例）有 １～ ３节段呈花斑样改变，其敏感性为 ６８． ５％。非病毒性心肌炎组 ５８例， ８例有花斑样改变，假阳性率为１３．８％，特异性８６．２％，诊断准确率为７６．３％。结论：~９９ｍＴＣ－ＭＩＢＩ心肌灌注显像不失为，种诊断小儿病毒性心肌炎的简便、无创、经济而又有较高的辅助诊断价值的检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To investigate the clinical value of myocardial perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of podiatric viral myocarditis. Materials and Methods: 73 cases with viral myocarditis and 58 cases without were studied with planar and/or tomographic imaging per formed 60 min after injection of 111 ~ 740MBq ~99mTc-MIBI. Results: 50 (planar imaging: 36 cases; tomography: 2 cases; planar + to mography: 12 cases) of 73 cases of viral myocarditis showed "patchy" distribution of radioactivity in their myocardium. The sensitivity was 68. 5 %. 8 of 58 cases in nonmyocarditic group were false positive (13. 8 %). The specificity was 86. 2 %. The diagnostic accuracy was 76. 3 %. Conclusion: ~99mTc- MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging is proved a convenient, noninvasive and valuable approach for the diagnosis of pediatric viral myocarditis.更多还原
