【摘要】 目的 :探讨薏苡仁酯 (coixenolide ,CXL)对人鼻咽癌细胞CNE 2Z增殖的影响。方法 :采用微量细胞克隆形成法和活细胞计数法。结果 :CXL对CNE 2Z集落形成呈剂量依赖性抑制 ,ID50 为 10 4 .90 9mol/L ,相对效力是顺铂 (cisplatin ,DDP)的 19 93 %(在ID50 水平比较 )。CXL还能使CNE 2Z的倍增时间 (TD)延长 45 43 %。CXL对正常骨髓粒单系祖细胞 (CFU GM )未见毒性作用。结论 :CXL能选择性地抑制CNE 2Z增殖更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the effect of coixenolide (CXL) on the proliferation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE-2Z. Methods: Microcolony formtion assay and viable cell count were used. Results: CXL inhibited the colony formation of CNE-2Z in a dose-response fashion, with ID 50 value of 10 -4.909 mol/L. The relative potency (RP) of CXL was 19.93% when compared with cisplatin (DDP) at the ID 50 level. CXL also prolonged the double time (T D) of CNE-2Z by 45.43%. The inhibitory action of CXL on the growth of CFU-GM in normal bone marrow was not observed. Conclusion: CXL can selectively suppess the proliferation of CNE-2Z.更多还原
