【摘要】 川芎嗪 2 0mg/kg和 40mg/kg于冠状动脉结扎前连续静脉给药 5分钟 ,能降低麻醉家兔缺血再灌注时室颤 (VF)和室速 (VT)的发生率及心肌梗塞面积和血浆乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)增高的程度 ,可使缺血再灌注后的左室内压 (LSVP)、左室压最大上升及下降速率 (±dp/dtmax)升高 ,这种保护作用与预适应产生的结果一致 ,表明川芎嗪对麻醉家兔心肌缺血再灌注所致心肌损伤和心肌顿抑具有保护作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Protection of pharmacological preconditioning by ligustrazini was observed on myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury in the anesthetized rabbit using the experimental model of ischemic preconditioning (IP). The results showed that the pharmacological preconditioning induced by ligustrazini (20mg/kg and 40mg/kg) reduced the incidence of ventricular tachycardia (VT) and ventricular fibrillation (VF). The rise of plasma level of LDH and the infarct size were attenuated. Left ventricular pressure and rate of left ventricular pressure development (±dp/dt max ) were depressed. The results indicated that ligustrazini may mediate the cardiaoprotective events associated with ischemic preconditioning.更多还原
