【摘要】 半夏泻心汤对正常小鼠小肠推进无明显影响 ,不能拮抗阿托品、左旋麻黄碱及吗啡引起的小肠推进减慢 ,而对芬氟拉明、多巴胺引起的小肠推进减慢及新斯的明引起的小肠推进加快均有明显的拮抗作用 ,提示该方对某些特异病因条件下的小肠推进机能的偏抑或偏亢可能具有双向调节作用 ,其作用机理可能与胆碱能和 5 羟色胺能神经系统有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Banxiaxiexin tang is an ancient recipe composed by Zhang Zhongjing two thousand years ago. It is used, clinically, for treatment of gastrointestinal disorders. The present study reported its intestine propagation effect in mice. The results showed that this recipe did not affect the intestine propagation in normal mice. However, it significantly antagonized the delayed intestine propagation induced by dl fenfluramine and dopamine, respectively. It showed no significant effect on atropine, ephedrine and morphine induced intestine propagation inhibition. The recipe also antagonized neostigmine induced intestine propagation stimulation in mice. These results suggest that Banxiaxiexin tang have dual directional regulating effect on intestine propagation via a mechanism of action mainly on serotonergic, dopaminergic and cholinergic systems.更多还原
