【摘要】 目的 :研究红毛五加总甙 (TGA)的抗炎作用。方法 :采用多种致炎剂引起大、小鼠炎症模型。结果 :TGA对二甲苯、蛋清、角叉菜胶、甲醛致肿、琼脂肉芽肿增生、乙酸致毛细血管通透性增加及多形核白细胞游走均有明显抑制作用 ,同时使炎症组织PGE、组胺含量减少。结论 :TGA具有抗急、慢性炎症作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object:To study the antiinflammatory effect of total glucosides of Acanthopanax giraldii Harms (TGA). [WT5”HZ]Methods: [WT5”BZ]The inflammatory models were used induced by injection different inflammatory agents in mice and rats. [WT5”HZ]Results:[WT5”BZ] TGA (200～800mg/kg, ig) inhibited the edema of hind paw induced by injection of fresh egg white, carrageenin, formaldehyde in rats. It inhibited the swelling of mouse ear induced by xylene and the increased vascular permeability induced by HAC and the leucocyte migratory response caused by gelatin in mice. It also inhibited the proliferation of granuloma induced by injection of agar in rats. It decreased the content of PGE and histamine in inflammatory tissue of rats. [WT5”HZ]Conclusion:[WT5”BZ] TGA possess marked antiinflammatory effect both on acute and chronic inflammation.更多还原
