【摘要】 半夏泻心汤对正常小鼠胃排空无影响 ,能拮抗阿托品、芬氟拉明、多巴胺所致的小鼠胃排空抑制 ,但对左旋麻黄碱和吗啡所致抑制无拮抗作用 ,同时对新斯的明和胃复安引起的小鼠胃排空亢进有拮抗作用。提示本方对偏抑或偏亢机能状态下的胃排空具有双向调节作用 ,其作用机制可能与胆碱受体、多巴胺受体及 5 羟色胺受体系统有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Banxiaxiexin-tang is an ancient recipe composed by Zhang Zhongjing two thousand years ago. It is used, clinically,for treatment of gastrointestinal disorders. The present study reported its gastric prokinetic effect in mice. The results showed that this recipe did not affect the gastric emptying in normal mice. However, it significantly antagonized the delayed gastric emptying induced by atropine, dl fenfluramine and dopamine, respectively. It showed no significant effect on ephedrine and morphine induced gastric emptying inhibition. The recipe also antagonized neostigmine induced gastric emptying stimulation in mice. These result ssuggest that Banxiaxiexin tang have dual directional regulating effect on gastric emptying via a mechanism of action mainly on cholinergic, dopaminergic and serotonergic systems.更多还原
