【摘要】 目的　探讨疗尔健治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效。方法　统计分析 12 0例慢性乙型肝炎病例 ,设立观察组与对照组 ,对其疗效进行x2 检验。结果　观察组显效率 91 6 6 % ,显著高于对照组 35 % (P <0 0 5 ) ,治疗结束后对照组易出现反跳现象 ,高达 48 33% ,而观察组无 1例出现。 (P <0 0 0 1)且观察组与对照组ALT平均复常时间分别为11 4± 3.5 6d ,2 1.2 0± 2 .1d ,ALT复常时间显著短于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　疗尔健治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效高、疗程短、无反跳现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of Injection Hepadif in chronic hepatits B. Methods 120 cases of chronic hepatitis B were randomizedly divided into observed group and control group. The efficacy of them used in x 2 test. Results The effective rate of observed group was 91.66%, while that of rate of control group was 35% (P<0.05). The difference was significantly. At the end of treatment. The rebound rate of control group was 48.33%, but none of the observed group appeared. (P<0.001). The time of ALT restored to normal level in observed group was 11.4±3.56 days, while in control group was 21.20±2.1 days, respectively, the difference was much significantly. Conclusions The efficacy with `Injection Hepadif’ in chronic hepatits B was higher, the course of treatment was shorter than the control group, and had no rebound cases.更多还原
