【摘要】 目的　了解临产时初产妇胎头浮动发生因素及对分娩的影响 ,探讨产时如何采取合理措施 ,有利分娩。方法　采用回顾性资料分析方法 ,对 1999年 1月至 2 0 0 0年 4月在我院分娩的临产时初产妇胎头浮动孕妇 15 0例的临床资料进行分析。并与随机抽样同期分娩单胎头位初产妇临产时胎头入盆 170例孕妇进行比较。结果　临产时初产妇胎头浮动的原因除可知因素外 ,另有许多病例未查出明显原因。其手术产率较入盆组明显升高。结论　临产时初产妇胎头浮动可使头位难产率增加 ,但并不是剖宫产指征 ,往往需充分试产方可得出最后结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the causes of fetal heas floatage in labor primipare and It’s effect on delivery. Methods One year’s from Jan 1999 to April 2000 clinical matenal of primipare in labor was retrospectively analysed, and It’s primipare are composed of 150 cases of pregmant women with fetal head floatage and 170 cases of randomly selected women with engagement of fetal head. Results In some cases, the canses of fetal heach floatage in labor primipaare have already boon known, but in many case, the causes are still unknown. However, the operative rate in primipare with fetal heach flactage is higher than that of primipare with engagement of fetal head. Conclusions In cases of primipare with fetal head floatage in labor, there is a higher rate of dystecia, but this is not the indicatson for cesarean section, and usually, the cesarean section should not be performes dlfore adcquate trial of labor.更多还原
