【摘要】 目的　观察康丽烧烫灵的抗炎、镇痛、抑菌及化腐生肌作用。方法　抗炎作用采用鸡蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀法及二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法。镇痛实验用热板法 ;抑菌实验是将各菌种接于不同浓度受试药培养基上 ,观察各菌种生长情况 ;化腐生肌实验是将家兔烫伤后涂抹受试药 ,观察其愈合情况。结果　康丽烧烫灵抗炎作用近似于肤轻松 ,镇痛作用介于安痛定与哌替啶之间 ,对烫伤伤口的愈合作用类似阳性药“美宝”。结论　康丽烧烫灵具有明显的抗炎、镇痛、抑菌效果 ,促进烧烫伤伤口愈合的效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The antiinflammatory, analgetic, bacteriostatic effects and the Hua Fu Sheng Ji action of Kang Li for using in burn and scald were observed. Methods The antiinflammatory experiments were conducted with rat foot swelled by egg white injection and with mice auricle swelled by dimethylbenzene inunction. Analgetic experiment was carried out by the method of heated plank. Bacteriostatic experiment was conducted with various bacteria inculated to culture medium in different concentrations and to observe its growth in the medium. Results The antiinflammatory effect of Kang Li for use in burn and scald approximate to fluocinolone acetonide and the analgetic effect was between aminophenazone compositus and pethidine. The cicatrizations of burn and scald were similar to the positive control drug, MEBO. Conclusions Kang Li possesses obvious antiinflammatory, analgetic, bacteriostatic effects, and promotes cicatrizations of burn and scald significantly.更多还原
