【摘要】 目的　探讨绝经后阴道出血的病因。方法　分析 2 42例绝经后阴道出血并行诊断性刮宫的临床和病理资料。结果　绝经后阴道出血的主要病理诊断分别是功能性子宫内膜 (6 0 73% )、炎症 (2 8 92 % )和恶性肿瘤(10 35 % )。结论　内分泌紊乱性疾病是绝经后出血的常见病因 ,年老妇女恶性肿瘤发生率高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the causes of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding. Methods 242 cases of curettage due to postmenopausal bleeding were diagnosed by pathological examination. Results The main causes of postmenopausal bleeding were as follows functional endometrial bleeding (60.73%), cervical and endometrial infection (28.92%), malignant tumor (10.35%). Conclusions The main cause of postmenopausal bleeding is functional endometrial bleeding. The incidence of malignant tumor is higher in senile women.更多还原
