【摘要】 为探讨L 72 1 2白血病小鼠和其受体鼠 -近交系 61 5小鼠白细胞介素 -6(IL -6)活性及IL -6mRNA的表达 ,和益气养阴中药养正饮对其活性及表达的影响。用IL -6依赖株 7TDI及细胞原位杂交的方法检测了由ConA诱导的脾细胞培养上清中IL -6活性及脾细胞IL -6mRNA表达。结果 :由ConA诱导的L72 1 2的白血病小鼠脾细胞培养上清中IL -6活性明显低于 61 5小鼠 ,P <0 .0 1 ;其脾细胞中IL -6mRNA表达也明显低于 61 5小鼠 ,P <0 .0 1。养正饮能显著提高ConA诱导的L 72 1 2白血病小鼠脾细胞培养上清中的IL -6活性 ,P <0 .0 5,并能显著提高其mRNA表达水平 ,P <0 .0 5。提示养正饮可作为生物反应调节剂用于白血病的临床治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe interleukin₆（IL₆）activity and IL₆ mRNA expression in L7212 leukemia mice and the influence of Yangzheng yin on them.Methods:The activity of IL₆ has been tested with IL_6dependent strain 7TDI and IL₆ mRNA expression with cell in situ hybridization.Results:IL₆ activity in supernate of cultured spleen cell induced by concanavalin A and interleukin₆ mRNA expression in spleen cells in L7212 are lower than those in the receptor mice of 615 inbreed line mice（P< 0.01 ）.Yangzheng Yin can improve the activity of IL₆ by promoting its mRNA expression （P< 0.05 ）.Conclusion:Yangzheng Yin can be used as biological response modulator for the treatment of leukemia.更多还原
