【摘要】 采用放射配基结合分析法观察补肾健脾方龟芪散 ,补肾方补肾定喘汤和健脾方加味六君子汤扶正三方对连续激发哮喘的大鼠肺组织 β-肾上腺素 ( β -AR)的影响。结果表明 ,激发后肺组织胞膜 β -AR逐日下降 ,第 7天明显低于正常对照组 ,激发第 7天 ,扶正三方可明显上调哮喘大鼠肺组织 β -AR密度。以上实验结果提示 ,扶正三方防治哮喘可能与其上调 β -AR作用有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Radioligand_binding assay was applied to observe the effect of Guiqi San(GS),Bushen Dingchuan Tang(BDT) and Jiawei Liujunzi Tang(JLT)on β_Adrenergic receptor(β_AR)of lung tissue in rats with asthma induced by continuous excitation.The results showed that β_AR density in asthmatic rat group decreased day by day and was much lower than the normal control on 7th day after excitation,and GS,DT,JLT increased the decreasing level of β_AR.It is indicated that the mechanism of the above three formula for asthma is related to the increase of β_AR density in lung tissue.更多还原
