【摘要】 目的　分析髓母细胞瘤的CT与MRI征象。方法　收集经手术与病理证实的髓母细胞瘤 12例。全部病例均有CT和MRI资料。结果　肿瘤位于小脑蚓部 9例 ,小脑半球 3例。男性儿童占多数。CT平扫表现为病变呈团状 ,境界清楚 ,其中高密度占 75 % ,低密度占 2 5 % ,16 7%见有点状钙化 ;83 3%见有第四脑室变形、前移及幕上脑室扩张 ;增强扫描为中度强化。T1WI呈低信号或等信号 ,顺磁造影为中～明显强化。T2 WI呈等或略高于脑灰质信号。囊变占 16 7%。结论　CT与MRI结合对髓母细胞瘤诊断有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To analyze the CT and MRI features of medulloblastoma. Methods 12 cases with medulloblastoma were conformed by surgery and pathology.There were data of CT and MRI in all of the patients. Results The tumors lay on vermis of cerebellum 9 cases,cerebella hemispheres 3.The male is more than female.Noncontrastive CT appearances:Tumors showed mass shadow with clear outline,in which slightly hyperdensity 75%,hypodensity 25%,16 7% of them have calcification;distortion,anterior displacement of the fourth ventricle in 83 3%.After contrast administration,all of cases have middle degree of enhancement.T 1WI showed low intensity signal or equal intensity signal;Enhanced T 1WI with Gd\|DTPA showed middle degree enhanced signal.T 2WI showed equal or slightly high intensity signal.Cyst malformation is 16 7%. Conclusion Combination of CT and MRI may play an important role in diagnosis of medulloblastoma. [更多还原
