【摘要】 目的　为探讨彩色多普勒超声在小儿急性阑尾炎与其它原因引起的急腹症鉴别诊断中的价值。方法　应用彩超对 2 2 6例有一次或多次阵发性急性右下腹痛 ,并被疑诊为急性阑尾炎的病儿进行了检查。分析病因 ,对原发病的性质进行鉴别诊断。结果　本组 16 7例病儿查明病因 ,并被临床或手术证实。彩超对急性阑尾炎的诊断符合率 97 6 %,对肠套叠、卵巢囊肿蒂扭转等诊断符合率为 10 0 %。结论　彩超应用面广 ,有助于急腹症的病因的鉴别诊断。是小儿急腹症的重要影像学诊断方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the value of color Doppler sonography in differential diagnosis of children’s appendicitis with other causes of acute abdominal pain. Methods 226 children with one or more episodes of acute right\|sided abdominal pain and clinical suspicion of appendicitis were examined by color ultrasound. The causes and the property of original diseases of acute abdominal pain were explored. Results The causes of 167 children were definite and proved by clinical or operating. The coinidence rate of color Doppler sonography is 97.6%(in Appendicitis) 100% (in intussusception,the base turning around of ovary cyst and so on). Conclusion Color ultrasound has a wide application scope and is helpful to differential diagnosis of causes of acute abdominal pain. It is an important way in diagnosis of children’s acute abdominal diseases. [更多还原
