【摘要】 目的　探讨视网膜静脉阻塞 (RVO)患者的视网膜中央动脉的血流动力学特点 ,及其与组织病理学的关系 ,分析彩色超声多普勒在该病的诊断作用。方法　对 92例患者的患眼和健侧眼球视网膜中央动脉进行彩色超声多普勒检测。观察分患眼与健侧眼组、视网膜中央静脉阻塞与分支静脉阻塞组等。血流特点参数包括 ,PSV、EDV、TAV、RI和S/D。结果　患眼的PSV和TAV显著低于健侧眼 ,视网膜中央静脉阻塞组的EDV和TAV显著低于分支静脉阻塞组。结论　视网膜静脉阻塞病人的视网膜中央动脉血流变化特点为血流速度、血管充盈强度减低 ,远端组织血流灌注不良。彩色超声多普勒可以反映视网膜静脉阻塞的组织病理分型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the hemodynamics of central retinal arteries in patients with retinal vein occlusion and its relation with histopathology, to study the diagnosis functions of color Doppler imaging. Methods 92 eyes were examed for central retinal arteries with color Doppler imaging. The examed eyes were divided into healthy eye group and non\|healthy eye group. Vein occlusions were into central and branch group. The parameters of hemodynamics are composed of PSV, EDV,TAV,RI and S/D. Results The PSA and TAV in non\|healthy group declined significantly (P<0 001). The EDV and TAV in central vein occlusion decreased significantly P<0 001). Conclusion The hemodynamic features of central retinal arteries in patients with retinal vein occlusion are low blood flow velocity, low vessel filling intensity and poor distal tissue blood filling. The color Doppler imaging may indicates histopathological types of retinal vein occlusion. [更多还原
