【摘要】 目的　总结脂肪坏死的声像图表现 ,试图提出脂肪坏死的超声诊断标准 ,以利于鉴别其它严重病因的软组织肿物。方法　对 12例脂肪坏死二维声像图及彩超结果的回顾分析 ,与手术及病理结果相对照。结果　脂肪坏死的声像图表现 :病变位于皮下组织层 ,呈圆形的极低回声区 ;边界光滑 ,无包膜 ;与周围皮下组织分界清晰 ,后部回声有衰减。彩超在病变周边及内部未探及任何彩色血流信号。结论　脂肪坏死的超声图像很具特征性 ,超声对诊断此病有很重要的价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Our objective is to describe the color Doppler flow imaging and B\|mode ultrasonic appearance of fat necrosis in subcutaneous tissue.Related objective is to establish the sonographic criteria that can be used reliably to diffenciate this entity from other more serious causes of soft\|tissue masses. Methods 12 cases of fat necrosis were reviewed for their sonographic features and compared with the biopsy,operation and pathology. Results The sonographic appearance is well demarcated no capsule,lower echo area in the subcutaneous tissue.There was shadowing behind the lesion.CDFI did not show any flow signals in or around the necrosis. Conclusion The ultrasonic imaging of fat necrosis is characteristic and quite valuable in the diagnosis. [更多还原
