【摘要】 目的　探讨急性胸部创伤的CT表现及其诊断价值。方法　回顾性分析 2 5 6例急性胸部创伤的CT表现。结果　CT清楚显示胸壁伤肋骨骨折 141例等 ,胸膜伤 144例 ,肺损伤 113例 ,纵隔伤 19例 ,膈肌伤 5例。结论　CT有利于早期诊断和提高诊断准确率 ,为临床上及时诊断和治疗提供依据 ,对急性胸部创伤特别是严重创伤诊断有重要价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the CT findings and diagnostic value of CT scan in\|patients with acute thoracic injuries. Methods The CT findings of acute thoracic injuries were analyzed in 256 cases. Results CT scans clearly showed the rib fractures in 141 cases,pleural space injures in 144,pulmonary injuries in 113,mediastinal injuries in 19,and diaphragm injuries in 5. Conclusion CT could provide information for early accurately diagnosis,especially for acute thoracic injury’s diagnosis. [更多还原
