复方丹参注射液对兔脑外伤后经颅多普勒和脑水肿的影响

【摘要】 目的 观察兔脑外伤后应用复方丹参 (SMC)对脑血流速度 (BFV)和脑水肿变化的影响 ,为临床上脑外伤后早期应用复方丹参提供参考。方法  2 0只兔均分为A(对照组 )和B(治疗组 )二组。治疗组 (B)采用复方丹参静脉注射 ,A组同样方法应用等量无菌生理用水。以大脑中动脉血流速度 (Vmca)和脑组织含水量作为观察指标。结果 致伤后第 1天 ,A、B二组Vmca明显下降 ,第 2、3、4天A组Vmca分别为 ( 1 9 1± 4 3)cm/s,( 1 7.9± 4.9)cm/s,( 1 9.7± 4.5)cm/s。B组分别为 ( 2 5 6± 4 6)cm/s,( 2 4 .5± 4.5)cm/s,( 2 5.8± 4.5)cm/s。A、B二组兔脑组织含水量百分比分别为 81 76± 0 53和 79 0 5± 0 54,B组治疗后Vmca高于A组 ,脑含水量低于A组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 复方丹参可改善兔早期脑外伤后的低血流速度 ,降低脑水肿程度

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza compostita (SMC) on brain blood flow velocity (BFV) and cerebral edema after brain injury,which could provide auxiliary treatment at early stage of brain injury. Methods 20 rabbits were classified to 2 groups,group A(the control group) and B(the treated group). Group B was given salvia miltiorrhiza compostita by venous injection while group A was treated with same amount of normal saline in the same way. The BFV of the middle cerebral artery (Vmca) and moisture in brain tissues were determined to be as index. Results The Vmca of group A and B obviously decreased at the first day after injury. The Vmca of group A was 19.1±4.3cm/s,17.9±4.9cm/s and 19.7±4.5cm/s respectively at the secondary,the third and the fourth day. The Vmca of group B was 25.6±4.6cm/s,24.5±4.5cm/s and 25.8±4.5cm/s separately at the same time as above. Percent of water content in damaged hemisphere in group A and B were 81.76±0.53 and 79.05±0.54 respectively. There was significant differences between the 2 groups in the level of Vmca and brain moisture ( P <0 05). Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza compostita could increase Vmca and decrease cerebral edema in rabbits. [
