【摘要】 目的　比较湖北地区老年人 ( 60岁以上 )与成年人正常胰腺超声测值有无差异性。方法　采用切线法测量 1 2 0 0例胰腺厚径。结果　老年人胰腺内回声比成年人均匀性增加。胰腺增长 ,其性别及胰头 ,体 ,尾存在不同规律。结论　本地区老年人正常胰腺参考值 ,胰头小于 2 5mm ,胰体小于 1 6mm ,胰尾小于 1 8mm。 70岁以上老年人正常胰头小于 1 4mm ,胰体小于 9mm ,胰尾小于 1 1mm更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the difference of values in pancreas measured by B\|ultrasound between the normal elderly and the normal adult in Hubei Province. Methods The thickness of pancreas have been measured with B\|ultrasound scan by the method of tangent in 1200 cases. Results The echo of the pancreas in the elderly is increased in homogeneity compared with that of the adult. There are different regularities in the aspects of sex,head of pancreas,body and tail of pancreas. Conclusion The measured value of the head,body and tail of pancreas in normal elderly is no more than 25mm,16mm and 18mm respectively. For those whose age are beyond 70, the measured value of the head,gody and tail of pancreas is no more than 14mm,9mm and 11mm respectively. [更多还原
