【摘要】 目的　本文分析 12例颅底转移瘤的CT和MR影像表现特征。方法　 12例经手术病理证实为转移瘤。男性 7例 ,女性 5例。 9例MR检查 ;2例CT ,MR检查 ;1例CT检查。结果　单发 10例 ;多发 2例。 8例转移瘤位于中颅窝 ;2例位于前颅窝 ;2例位于后颅窝。 8例有不同程度颅底骨质破坏。结论　颅底转移瘤在CT和MR有一定特征性表现 ,但必须结合病史、年龄、是否有原发恶性肿瘤手术史及颅骨受损情况等综合分析做出诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective 12 cases of skull base metastases were analyzed with CT and MR imaging manifestations features. Methods All 12 cases with pathology identification. 7 cases male,5 cases female. 9 cases were examined MRI; 2 cases with CT and MRI; 1 case with CT. Results 10 cases with single tumor. 2 cases with multitumors. The location of skull base metastases in 8 cases was in middle cranial fossa; 2 cases in anterior cranial fossa; 2 cases in posterior cranial fossa.The different from degree of destroy of skull base bone could be seen in 8 cases. Conclusion The finding of CT and MR of skull base metastases have its own specific manifestation, furthermore disease history, age, resection history of a malignant tumor and destroy with skull base must be combined.
