【摘要】 目的　本课题拟探讨纤维乳管镜对乳头溢液的诊断与治疗的应用价值。方法　１９９９ 年３ 月～１９９９ 年８月，我们对４２ 例乳头溢液患者进行了纤维乳管镜检查。并与溢液涂片细胞学、超声检查和病理学检查作对照分析。结果　４２ 例乳头溢液患者中计：乳腺导管扩张症２３ 例、乳腺炎１ 例、乳管内乳头状瘤９ 例、乳管内乳头状瘤病７ 例、乳腺癌２ 例。纤维乳管镜对乳管内乳头状瘤（病）的诊断符合率为９２－８ ％ 。１ 例乳腺癌漏诊。纤维乳管镜检查对乳头溢液的诊断与鉴别诊断优于细胞涂片和超声检查。结论　纤维乳管镜对乳头溢液患者是一种有效而又安全的检查方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic and some therapeutic effect of duct endoscopy in patients with nipple discharge. Methods From March 1999 to Aug 1999,42 patients were used in this study. Duct endoscopy was compared with the smear cytology and B us examination,and the diagnostic and therapeutic effect of duct endoscopy is evaluated. Results In 42 case with nipple discharge,ductocopy examination has been carried on successfully. Among those patients,the number of ductal dilatation,mastitis,papilloma,papillomatosis and breast caner is 23,1,9,7,2,respectively. The diagnostic rate of intraductal papilloma and papillomatosis with duct endoscopy is 92.8%,which has been proved by pathologic examination. One case of breast cancer has been proved as misdiagnosis. The diagnostic sensitivity of the smear cytology and B us examination for patients with nipple discharge was lower than that of duct endoscopy. Conclusion Duct endoscopy should be a noninvasive and advanced examination method for the diagnosis of nipple discharge. [更多还原
