【Abstract】 Versicnquinone,a new sesquiterpene quinoid,was isolated from the root of Aristolochia versicolar S.M.Hwang.Orange needles,mp290-296℃(dec.),molecule formula C 15 H 16 O 5.Mainly by 1H- 13 C NMR COLOC & DEPT its structure was elucidated as 4,8-dihydoxy-3,6-dimethy1-5-(2-hydroxyisopropyl)-1,2-naphthalenedione.In the cytotoxicity test against hepatoma cell QGY-7703 in vitro it showed some activity(IC 50 21.5μg/ml).更多还原
